Processes:

HAND & IMPACT TOOLS:  Our quality begins with selecting the perfect raw material. Only carefully chosen high grade Alloy Steel is used to manufacture all our tools. Inspection supervisors inspect each and every tool, at every stage of manufacture resulting in an excellent quality finished product. Close tolerance standards are followed. Finally, each tool is tempered with appropriate Heat Treatment process that lets you select the degree of Hardness that is required.

We choose from tough, non brittle durability that stands up to the torque to the hardest heat treatment. We use Chrome Vanadium Alloy Steel (EN-47) for our Standard as well as Special Products. Ultrasonic tests are carried out to check for internal cracks or defects in the rods. Also a chemical composition test is carried out to check the chemical composition of the raw material for all our hand tools.
